Q: What should i expect during my session?
Your journey begins with a brief consultation to understand your specific needs and wellness goals. I will then step out to allow you to settle in comfortably on the massage table. I provide all necessary equipment, including a premium massage table, fresh linens, customized tools for your treatment, and create a calming atmosphere with soothing music, gentle aromatherapy (if applicable), and subtle mood lighting.
Each session is a curated healing experience tailored to your personal goals—be it relaxation, pain relief, or deep emotional healing. I utilize a blend of techniques to improve circulation, stimulate lymphatic drainage, promote relaxation, release tension, and support muscle recovery. To deepen your experience, sessions can include crystal healing, guided meditation, or personalized energy work — offered as thoughtful enhancements.
You’re encouraged to share preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or areas of discomfort at any point during your session. Afterward, I offer personalized recommendations to support your well-being and guide you on your transformative path. Additional services are available upon request.
Q: How should I prepare for my session?
To fully experience the benefits of your session, please create a peaceful, quiet space, free from distractions. Ensure there is enough room for the massage table and a nearby outlet so I can set up the optimal environment for your experience.
To prepare your body for relaxation, avoid heavy meals and caffeine beforehand, as they can interfere with deep rest. You are welcome to undress to your comfort level; you’ll remain professionally draped for privacy throughout.
Q: What kind of pressure do you use during your sessions?
My work prioritizes healing and relaxation over intensity. I use a balanced, intuitive pressure designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore flow without causing discomfort. My work may not be ideal if you’re seeking intense, high-pressure massage — but it’s deeply effective for those seeking lasting release and nervous system support.
Q: Do you offer energy-work only sessions?
Yes. While energy work is most commonly offered as an add-on to massage sessions, I also provide standalone cranial sacral and light-touch energy-based sessions for those seeking subtle, non-invasive healing. These do not require undressing and can focus entirely on nervous system regulation, emotional clearing, or energetic realignment. Modalities may include Reiki, cranial sacral therapy, guided meditation, and intuitive ritual support.
Q: Will i be touched during energy work or cranial sacral sessions?
Cranial sacral and energy-based sessions are performed with very light touch, if any at all. These sessions are ideal for those looking for emotional release, nervous system support, or energetic clarity, without traditional massage or undressing.
Q: Is there a travel fee for mobile services?
Yes, a $30 travel fee applies for sessions held beyond a 10-mile radius of Tempe, AZ. Travel within 10 miles is included at no extra cost.
For long-distance sessions (25+ miles, including Flagstaff or Sedona), I offer VIP travel bookings with custom pricing based on location and availability. If you’re interested in booking outside the Phoenix metro area, please inquire about rates.
For destination bookings, including fly-in requests or private wellness experiences, availability is limited. Please email me directly to discuss options.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
To honor both our time and my commitment to providing exceptional service, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Payments are non-refundable, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your session at no extra cost.
